About our Puppies

For your viewing pleasure each puppy’s page has a description , date of birth, estimated adult weight, photos and videos, along with an outline of whats included, and a review of our Policies . Puppies are started on house training with potty pads, UTD on vaccines, de-wormed, and micro-chipped.  The puppies are raised with love and care, and tons of socialization. It takes a lot of  around the clock care for months to raise tiny puppies.

WEIGHT INFORMATION 

We DO NOT Guarantee weight on any listed or puppy sold. We do not utilize terms such as  teacup, micro, tiny, or mini sizing as those terms are subjective in the industry. We use an ESTIMATED weight range only and absolutely do not and cannot guarantee that the puppy you purchase will fall precisely in that weight range. Without a crystal ball it is literally impossible for anyone to predict with precision. The international weight charting system is a guide at best and is in now way an exact science. 

Purchase Process

1.) Browse our selection of puppies via our website. Call us at 1-888-743-0325 so that we can answer questions that you may have about your new teacup puppy.
2.) Make sure to research the different breeds you are looking to adopt so that you will know the breeds distinct personality traits, the predisposed breed related health issues, care and maintenance to be sure its a good fit for you family. This is your responsibility as a buyer to do your due diligence. 
3.) Review our teacup puppy care page and make sure a teacup puppy is the right choice for your family prior to purchasing.
4.) Once you have decided on a teacup puppy to purchase you can purchase online through each puppy's page as we do not take payments over the phone
.  Feel free to call us with any questions PRIOR to buying, or to make sure the puppy is available or to help finalize the transaction.
5.) Make sure to review our Warranty page to understand whats included and covered and whats required of you prior to purchase. We do not refund payments because you did not read over our policies or procedures prior to purchase as this information is available to you at all times prior to sale.
Payments and Documents Required for Credit Card Payments 
6.) We accept two methods of payment . You can submit full payment with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) via our website. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS! You may also submit payment via bank wire to our business bank account. We can take a combination of both payments as well. 
If you need more time or need to discuss a timely payment arrangement please call us a 1-888-743-0325 so that we can approve final payment date. If the final balance is not paid on approved date or within 48 hours the puppy will go back up for sale you will be issued a letter of credit to use within the next 90 days.
!REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE!
You will be prompted to upload a photo ID or Passport copy to us at the time of purchase to verify the identity of whom is making payment. We require a photo ID of the cardholder making the purchase an. We will need a front and back copy of the credit card used to purchase the puppy and the CC Authorization form will be required to be notarized as well. 
 
 
7.) After Completion of Payment you will be emailed a order confirmation email. With that email there will be a client information form to complete along with document upload of your Government Issued Valid ID or Drivers License. We DO NOT ACCEPT any other forms of ID except government issued IDs. Also, you will be prompted to upload a copy front and back of the card used for the purchase of your puppy. You may cover all the numbers EXCEPT the last four so that we may match the card number to the puppy order. 

Policies

Registration Policy:

All pups sold from Babypups.com are sold exclusively as pets and will not be issued a pedigree or registration papers as all pricing listed on the site reflects pricing for PET ONLY without breeding rights included. Spay/Neuter will be required for pet puppies! If you are wanting a puppy for breeding we can offer you a selection of puppies available for breeding for an additional fee of $2500-$5000 (depending on the pups color, quality and rarity) on top the listed price on the website and in that case the puppy would be issued registration papers. Contact us via email or call if you are seeking breeding rights on a puppy from our website. 

 

NO Refund and NO Exchange Policy 

We do not offer refunds in part or in full. We only offer replacement puppies when there is a non-treatable, hereditary or congenital defect. All payments for change of heart decisions will NOT be refunded for any reason. We will issue you a letter of credit minus $500 for our re-listing/holding fee for taking the puppy off the market to other available clients. We take deposits very seriously and we think you should too when making the decision to purchase a puppy. 
We do not exchange puppies prior to arrival or after arrival to your home. This is a lifetime commitment and needs to be taken seriously by their new owner.
