We are located in San Antonio, Texas and now have a business office to view select puppies at on our website. Let us know if you'd like to schedule a viewing appointment. 

About our Puppies

Every puppy page has a description and estimated adult weight below photos and videos, along with an outline of whats included, and a review of our Policies . Puppies are started on house training with potty pads, UTD on vaccines, de-wormed, and micro-chipped.  The puppies are raised with love and care with a lot of socialization. It takes a lot of  around the clock care for months to raise tiny puppies.

Purchase Process

1.) Browse our selection of puppies via our website. Call us at 1-888-743-0325 so that we can answer questions that you may have about your new teacup puppy.
2.) Make sure to research the different breeds you are looking to adopt so that you will know the breeds distinct personality traits, the predisposed breed related health issues, care and maintenance to be sure its a good fit for you family.
3.) Review our teacup puppy care page and make sure a teacup puppy is the right choice for your family prior to purchasing.
4.) Once you have decided on a teacup puppy to purchase you can purchase online through each puppy's page as we do not take payments over the phone
.  Feel free too call us with any questions PRIOR to buying, or to make sure the puppy is available or to help finalize the transaction. We have a couple different shipping options available that are discussed in the Shipping section below and we can help you decide which is the best option for you and your new baby. 
5.) Make sure to review our Warranty page to understand whats included and covered and whats required of you prior to purchase. We do not refund payments because you did not read over our policies or procedures prior to purchase as this information is available to you at all times prior to sale.
6.) We accept two methods of payment . You can submit full payment with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) via our website. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS! You may also submit payment via bank wire to our business bank account. We can take a combination of both payments as well. 
If you need more time or need to discuss a timely payment arrangement please call us a 1-888-743-0325 so that we can approve final payment date. If the final balance is not paid on approved date or within 48 hours the puppy will go back up for sale you will be issued a letter of credit to use within the next 90 days.
You will be prompted to upload a photo ID or Passport copy to us at the time of purchase to verify the identity of whom is making payment. We require a photo ID of the cardholder making the purchase an. We will need a front and back copy of the credit card used to purchase the puppy and the CC Authorization form will be required to be notarized as well. 
7.) We do prefer calls when inquiring about our puppies and we do not tolerate rude inquiries or those who we feel are going to be difficult to work with as we offer an amazing experience for our clients purchasing their puppy. We have strict business hours that must be adhered to as we both have families. 
8.) We will send you a welcome email after your purchase with paperwork that has to be completed prior to your puppy shipping. The faster you complete the paperwork for us the more quickly we will be able to set up shipping and delivery for your puppy so completing that paperwork within the first 48 hours is crucial to schedule your puppy for shipping.


Refund and Exchange Policy 

We do not offer refunds in part or in full. We only offer replacement puppies when there is a non-treatable, hereditary or congenital defect. All payments for change of heart decisions will NOT be refunded for any reason. We will issue you a letter of credit minus $500 for our re-listing/holding fee for taking the puppy off the market to other available clients. We take deposits very seriously and we think you should too when making the decision to purchase a puppy. 
We do not exchange puppies prior to arrival or after arrival to your home. This is a lifetime commitment and needs to be taken seriously. 

Shipping/Delivery Service

NOTE: Since our breeding program is located in South Korea and Mexico all puppies require shipping to arrive into the US and to your local airport, regardless of your location.
Shipping Options:
US Based Puppies fly with a nanny to larger airports in the US and that fee is $700
US Based Puppies going to Mexico via nanny is $750
Mexico based Puppies shipping in Mexico is $175

South Korean puppies have to be shipped cargo to the buyer directly :
Cargo is available to the following select cities only: select cities: Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Miami, New York, Seattle, Washington DC and Canada - Toronto and Vancouver.
Nanny shipping to CANADA for US Based Puppies is a Rate Flat of $1200 no matter of destination
 South Korean puppies going to Canadian airports other than Vancouver or Toronto will need to enter the USA to be reshipped to Canada and must be cleared via customs with a customs broker at the port of entry. The shipping fee is $1800 to include customs clearance, pick up drop off fees, to and from the airport then our reship fee for the nanny to your airport in Canada.
South Korean puppies SHIPPING TO MEXICO ~ Rate includes shipping to our port and then having Nanny pick up and deliver to client in Mexico.
All puppies that enter the USA  to be reshipped to Mexico must be cleared via customs with a customs broker at the port of entry. Our handling fee with all expenses included is $2000.
