Browse our online boutique for the perfect puppy for your family. We ONLY offer luxury Quality puppies here and rarely will have pups under $3500 on our site. If you are not looking for quality and luxury then babypups.com likely will not be the source for your new family member. We pride ourselves in offering ONLY the best of the best in quality, health and rarity!
Once you have found the puppy that best fits your family. Give us a call at 1-888-743-0325 to reserve. We will be glad to answer any and all questions regarding your purchase and go over all the steps to purchase on our website. We offer a few pics and video of all of our puppies but, we would really like our clients to connect with their puppy and book a Video Call to fall even in more love with their new baby. So please take advantage of our booking services and set up a call to see your baby pup live! This is to ensure a perfect match for your family!
Booking services are available on our website so that we can manage all of the request and inquires in a timely manner. If you would like to book a video call with a puppy, book a call back request or have questions, or need a shipping quote. We provide those services. Just sign up for an account on our site and book on our Book a Service page.

Payments Accepted
We accept all Major Credit Cards with exception of Amex. We also accept apple pay, zelle pay, financing for approved applicants, afterpay for purchases under 2k, venmo, and Cash app. We do accept payment in cash with a deposit paid for the initial reservation of a puppy if one of our puppies from our breeding programs.

Shipping
Shipping Services are FREE direct to these cities Miami, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Vancouver CA, Toronto CA Seattle, and Dallas. Outside these cites we do offer shipping but, for a fee.
The service would include shipping to one of our cities above and our nanny picking the puppy up on your behalf and then traveling with your puppy to your closest international airport. This service is $1200 plus the cost of the puppy. We do ship puppies to other countries as well direct from Korea and you may contact us for a quote at sales@babypups.com or text us on whatsapp 832-736-1411.
For all free shipping locations a broker may be required to clear your puppy and there will be an airport document fee that the airline charges ranging from $150 to $300. Broker fees are usually around $200. These fees are included in our non-free airport service fee above with $1200.

Refunds/Cancellations
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at Babypups.com for any purchase. All Sales are Final due the nature of the purchase so make sure you are 100 percent committed to the puppy prior to purchase. Puppy Purchases are a purchase that shouldn't be made on a whim. We do not refund because you changed your mind or decided now isn't the right time for a puppy. We will offer you a letter of credit minus $500 relisting/holding fee.

What is your Health Warranty?
We offer on all purchases 3 year warranty for life threatening, congenital genetic defects. The first year we will offer you a letter of credit for the purchase price with a 30% deductible of the original purchase priced being paid after claim approval. The second year with a 60% deductible of the original purchase price and 3rd year a 90% deductible. Deductibles will be due once you have decided on the new puppy and replacement pups must be same or lesser price of what you originally paid. All deductibles must be paid at the time of the reservation of replacement puppy and shipping/handling fees are due before shipping. Are Puppies sold with Registration for breeding?
All puppies are sold exclusively as pets only without registration or breeding rights. We do not SELL puppies for the purpose of breeding. They are LOVING, LAP LUXURY PETS. We also do NOT guarantee weight on any puppy sold on babypups.com as its impossible to do so. We give an estimated weight range for all pups on their individual pages.

What comes with my puppy on pickup?
Our puppies are seen by a veterinarian just days prior to leaving Korea and are required to enter the country with all vaccinations, microchip, health certificate and rabies certificate. Our puppies are vet checked and pass all health clearances prior to leaving Korea as its required to ship. You will receive copies of all these documents when picking up your puppy at the airport or with our delivery service. Health is our #1 priority and why we offer a 3 year warranty with all puppies.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do offer financing for approved applicants. You can click here to complete an online application. Once approved you will be notified by the finance company via email and can proceed with with their paperwork. We do not offer payment plans at this time.
